Workplace Mental Health Awareness & Support is an intensive, instructor-led training programme designed for managers, supervisors, and employees who want to better understand mental health at work and how to respond in a supportive, professional way. The course focuses on awareness, early recognition, constructive conversation, and signposting rather than diagnosis, helping participants create a safer, more open working environment.
Through live instruction, guided discussion, case-based scenarios, and practical exercises, participants learn how to notice signs of struggle, approach conversations with sensitivity, and support colleagues while respecting boundaries and organisational processes.
Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion from London Global Centre. Training is delivered by experienced trainers with strong professional and industry backgrounds.
