Who We Are
London Global Centre (LGC) is a London-based workforce capability organisation dedicated to helping businesses and professionals build, measure, and improve real-world skills.
We are not a traditional training provider. We operate a structured capability development model built around four principles: Assess, Develop, Measure and Evidence. This approach turns learning into something measurable, not assumed. Every programme we deliver is benchmarked before and after, so organisations and professionals receive clear evidence of the skill improvement that has taken place.
LGC’s capability approach is powered by our proprietary Global Workforce Capability Framework (GWCF), a systematic, evidence-based methodology that measures skill improvement before and after every engagement. LGC is developing one of the only structured frameworks benchmarking workforce capability across both the UK and GCC, a gap that has historically been measured separately in each region rather than as a connected, cross-border challenge.

Headquartered in London, LGC serves organisations and professionals across the UK, the GCC region, Asia, and international markets. Our online delivery model allows us to reach clients anywhere in the world, while our bilingual English and Arabic programmes ensure we are genuinely accessible to GCC audiences.
We are actively expanding our in-person presence with upcoming programmes in Dubai and Riyadh, two cities where demand for structured, evidence-based professional development is growing rapidly.
Our expansion across the GCC is reinforced by a strategic partnership that brings a live, tested training platform and accredited certifications, including CompTIA, ISC2, and ISACA credentials, directly into our delivery model, accelerating how quickly we can launch new, in-demand programmes in Dubai and Riyadh.
