Inclusive Leadership & Workplace Culture is an intensive, instructor-led training programme designed for leaders and managers who want to build teams where people feel respected, valued, and able to contribute fully. The course focuses on practical inclusive leadership behaviours, everyday decisions, and culture-building actions rather than policy alone.
Through live instruction, guided reflection, case-based scenarios, and practical exercises, participants learn how to recognise bias, lead diverse teams more effectively, and create a workplace culture that supports performance, fairness, and belonging.
Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion from London Global Centre. Training is delivered by experienced trainers with strong professional and industry backgrounds.
