Health & Safety Compliance for Managers is an intensive, instructor-led training programme designed for managers and supervisors who are responsible for maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace. The course focuses on practical responsibilities, risk awareness, and day-to-day management actions rather than legal theory alone, helping managers understand what “good” looks like in real operational environments.
Through live instruction, case-based discussions, practical exercises, and workplace-focused scenarios, participants learn how to meet their health and safety duties, support their teams, and reduce the likelihood and impact of incidents.
Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion from London Global Centre. Training is delivered by experienced trainers with strong professional and industry backgrounds.
