Leadership & Team Management is an intensive, instructor-led training programme designed for current and aspiring managers who want to lead people with more clarity, confidence, and impact. The course focuses on practical leadership skills – setting direction, managing performance, building trust, and handling day-to-day challenges.
Through live instruction, case-based discussions, role-play scenarios, and practical exercises, participants learn how to manage individuals and teams more effectively, improve communication, and create conditions where people can perform at their best.
